Frossard<\/a>, Marmontel atteint seulement le sommet de la \"Cime R\" qui correspond au Pico Occidental (son guide consid\u00e9rant impraticable l'ar\u00eate reliant ce sommet au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pyreneisme.ovh\/index.php\/summit\/picos-del-infierno-pico-central\/\">sommet central<\/a>). Frossard retrouve d'ailleurs sur ce sommet occidental une trace du passage de Marmontel. L'ascension a eu lieu fin juillet ou d\u00e9but ao\u00fbt, puisque Frossard, qui a fait sa travers\u00e9e le 6 ao\u00fbt signale que le passage de Marmontel ne remonte qu'\u00e0 quelques jours.
